How to Use: For up to 30g of bleaching powder, add 3.75ml of V.Plex Pre-Lightening Fluid. For 31g to 60g of bleaching powder, add 7.5ml of V.Plex Pre-Lightening Fluid directly into the bowl containing the mixture of bleaching powder and oxidizing cream. Mix well until completely homogeneous and proceed with the application.
To enhance the results, also use the V.Plex Reconstructor.
